If you are forced to work long hours, try to close your eyes every so often just for a few seconds. Once an hour try to look far away out your window or at the ceiling. Take catnaps for 5 minutes.
Being happy in your job, no matter what or where it is, should be a priority. It is not just about money. It is about enjoying what you do so you can do it as well as you can and live a healthy and peaceful life.
